I kinda wish there was something available like this here.

What is AmazonTote?

AmazonTote is a free weekly delivery service for eligible products on Amazon.com. There are no subscriptions, minimum delivery sizes, or fees. Items delivered using AmazonTote will be brought to your doorstep in a reusable tote bag, free of charge.

Step-by-step shopping with AmazonTote

  1. Select eligible items: Search for your item on Amazon.com. If it is eligible for AmazonTote, you will see a “Ship Free with AmazonTote” delivery option on the item’s page. Click on this option to add the item to your tote bag.
  2. Review and purchase your item(s): Next, you’ll review the details of your purchase, including your delivery address, and the day your purchase will be delivered–your ToteDay. You’ll also confirm your payment details before you finalize your purchase by clicking “Purchase item.”
  3. Receive confirmation: We’ll confirm your AmazonTote purchase and delivery details, and show you all items scheduled for delivery on your next ToteDay. We’ll also send you an e-mail containing this information.
  4. Keep shopping: If you like, you can keep adding items to your tote bag until 10 a.m., 2 days before your ToteDay. We’ll send you an e-mail confirming any changes to your AmazonTote delivery.
  • Enjoy your items: Amazon will consolidate all of your items and deliver them to your doorstep in sealed, reusable tote bags on your ToteDay. Any items too large to fit into sealed tote bags will be delivered to your doorstep in their original packaging and covered in bad weather.
  • It would be nice for items which I remember I need at home, but always seem to forget to pick up in the store.  I’ve needed D batteries for about a week, and every time at the store I forget to pick them up.  Same thing happened a month ago with paper towels.  It is only available in the Seatlle area (what is with everything only being available in Seattle?), but they are supposedly expanding the business.
