This Tract

…is a view into U.S. Census data

This Tract currently uses U.S. 2000 census data.
It allows you to view every tract.
And was built in anticipation of the forthcoming 2010 Census data release.

It doesnt work for me at the moment, but i’m sure it is pretty cool.  They note that they are having problems, so it may not work for everyone.
